ILBTS Board Rules and Responsibilities

1. Board is made up of 3 members; 2 permanent and 1 voted in yearly

2.  Permanent board members are the server owner and the webmaster

3. Board organization or board issues can only be changed by a unanimous board vote.

3. League votes will need only a simple majority vote.

4.  It takes 2 of the 3 members of the Board to make a quorum.

5.  Board will meet and discuss league issues once a quarter. Chairman will call for the meeting.

6.  There will be a 24 hour time limit to vote.

7.  The only time the Board will overturn an Admin decision is when the rules of the Admin are compromised

      by gross negligence that would be detrimental to the league.

8.  Admin of each Series will be voted in by the Board

9.  There will be no appeals or protests to the Board by a driver.

10. Series rules will be created and ratified by the board and the series administrators.

11. It is expected that if a board meeting decides on an issue, then that issue is considered resolved at the time the vote concludes and will not be

      entertained again during the course of the current season.
